对电厂运行过程中发现的P91钢主蒸汽管道的低硬度部位进行了微观组织观察、短时力学性能试验和高温持久强度试验,分析了其硬度偏低的原因。结果表明,低硬度区域P91钢组织为铁素体+析出物,位错密度较低,M23C6相在晶界处粗化聚集,同时析出新相Laves相,使得P91钢的短时力学性能和高温持久强度下降严重。  相似文献

With rapid development of infrastructures like tunnels and open excavations in Shanghai, investigations on deeper soils have become critically important. Most of the existing laboratory works were focused on the clayey strata up to Layer 6 in Shanghai, i.e. at depth of up to 40 m. In this paper, Layers 7, 9, and 11, which were mostly formed of sandy soils at depth of up to 150 m, were experimentally investigated with respect to physico-mechanical behaviors. The stress–strain behaviors were analyzed by the consolidated drained/undrained (CD/CU) triaxial tests under monotonic loading. One-dimensional (1D) oedometer tests were performed to investigate the consolidation properties of the sandy soils. Specimens were prepared at three different relative densities for each layer. Also, the micro-images and particle size analyzers were used to analyze the shape and size of the sand grains. The influences of grain size, density, and angularity on the stress–strain behaviors and compressibility were also studied. Compared to the other layers, Layer 11 had the smallest mean grain size (D50), highest compressibility, and lowest shear strength. In contrast, Layer 9 had the largest mean grain size, lowest compressibility, and highest shear strength. Layer 7 was of intermediate mean grain size, exhibiting more compressibility and less shear strength than that of Layer 9. Also, the critical state parameters and maximum dilatancy rate of different layers were discussed.  相似文献

超疏水表面由于具有独特的微纳米粗糙结构和低表面能性质,能形成空气垫物理屏障层,减小材料表面与水或其他腐蚀介质之间的接触面积,因此被广泛应用于金属的腐蚀防护。首先简单介绍了超疏水表面的相关理论,主要包括Young氏方程、Wenzel模型和Cassie-Baxter模型。然后,归纳总结了三种制备超疏水表面的有效途径:在低表面能物质上构建微纳米级粗糙结构;先构建出具有微纳米级的粗糙结构,再对表面进行低表面能修饰;一步法完成低表面能修饰和微纳米级粗糙结构的构建。在此基础上,详细地综述了常见的超疏水表面(薄膜或涂层)在金属防护中的应用。进一步介绍了通过在超疏水体系中引入缓蚀剂的方式,构建具有主动防护功能的超疏水表面,并介绍了此种超疏水表面在金属防护中的应用。最后指出了目前的超疏水表面在制备工艺以及耐久性等方面存在的问题,并对其在金属防护领域的应用前景和发展方向作出了展望。  相似文献

Interfacial polymerization (IP) is one of the most important methods for fabricating thin film composite (TFC) membranes. Understanding the film-formation mechanisms is of great value for developing membranes with enhanced performance. This work proposed a novel method to in situ characterize the film-formation kinetics via low coherence interferometry (LCI). The polyamide film formed at the liquid–substrate interface was scanned in real time; the polymerization induced significant variations in the optical properties around the reaction zone. After mitigating the effects of the perturbed interface, the surface-averaged intensity profiles provide a solid basis for analyzing the film-formation kinetics at various depths. In particular, the effects of the monomer concentrations were investigated to reveal the asymmetric growth and development of irregular substructures. All the characterization results confirm that the LCI-based characterization is a powerful tool for studying the structural evolution of the IP layer and thereby providing deeper insights for optimizing TFC membranes.  相似文献

为抑制铝碳质长水口使用过程中石墨的氧化,其表面会涂覆含 20%~30%Al2O3的抗氧化涂层,但切割丝钢等特种钢冶炼过程必须严格控制钢液中夹杂的 Al2O3的含量,因此需要制备低氧化铝含量的抗氧化涂层。本文通过调节涂料组成、加水量和水玻璃加入量制备了低铝抗氧化涂层,并利用扫描电镜分析了抗氧化实验后试样断口的显微结构。结果表明:以粘土粉、钾长石粉和硅砂为主要原料,添加 10%硼砂的涂料可在 800 ℃形成良好的釉层,此时涂料中 A12O3的含量可降至 12%,得到了低铝涂料;当加入占涂料质量 80%的水和 40%的水玻璃时,涂层具有最佳的涂覆性能和抗氧化性能,涂层和长水口基体结合致密,保护了长水口中的石墨不被氧化。  相似文献

Stable and compatible cathode materials are a key factor for realizing the low-temperature (LT, ≤600?°C) operation and practical implementations of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs). In this study, perovskite oxides SrFe1-xTixO3-δ (x?< = 0.1), with various ratios of Ti doping, are prepared by a sol-gel method for cathode material for LT-SOFCs. The structure, morphology and thermo-gravimetric characteristics of the resultant SFT powders are investigated. It is found that the Ti is successfully doped into SrFeO3-δ to form a single phase cubic perovskite structure and crystal structure of SFT shows better stability than SrFeO3-δ. The dc electrical conductivity and electrochemical properties of SFT are measured and analysed by four-probe and electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS) measurements, respectively. The obtained SFT exhibits a very low polarization resistance (Rp), .01 Ωcm2 at 600?C. The SFT powders using as cathode in fuel cell devices, exhibit maximum power density of 551?mW?cm?2 with open circuit voltage (OCV) of 1.15?V at 600?C. The good performance of the SFT cathode indicates a high rate of oxygen diffusion through the material at cathode. By enabling operation at low temperatures, SFT cathodes may result in a practical implementation of SOFCs.  相似文献

The metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) method was used to prepare GdYBCO films on LaMnO3/ homo epitaxial-MgO/ ion-beam-assisted-deposition-MgO/ solution-deposition-planarization-Y2O3 buffered Hastelloy tapes. By adopting a simple self-heating technique, the substrates were heated by the joule effect after applying a heating current (Ih) through Hastelloy metal tapes. The effects of substrate temperature and (Gd, Y)/Ba ratio (rc) in the precursor on the biaxial texture, surface morphology and superconducting performance of GdYBCO films were systematically investigated by varying the values of Ih and rc. Needle-like outgrowths formed on the substrate surface were characterized using a scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectrometer and X-ray diffraction system. The results show that a high Ih or rc leads to the formation of needle-like outgrowths. Therefore, Ih and rc are crucial process parameters that control the growth of needle-like outgrowths on the surface of GdYBCO films. Three hundred nanometer thick GdYBCO films were prepared at different Ih and rc by the MOCVD process. At an Ih of 27.0?A and an rc of 0.6, the surface of the GdYBCO film was very smooth and dense, which can provide a good template for multiple depositions of GdYBCO films. The critical current density of the deposited 300?nm-thick GdYBCO film was 4.4 MA/cm2 (77?K, 0?T), which is attributed to good biaxial texture and appropriate film composition. Furthermore, the microwave surface resistance (77?K, 10?GHz) of the GdYBCO film was merely 0.581?mΩ.  相似文献
